Mark Lewis founded Oculus Advisors and has worked as an independent corporate financier for some 20 years

Previously, a Director at HSBC Investment Bank, he also worked at Charterhouse and Ernst & Young

He has a wealth of experience in M&A, financing and investing across various sectors and regions, but with a focus on capital intensive industries
He has been a short-list nominee for UK Private Equity Advisor of the Year
He is based in Auckland, New Zealand

Gavin Rowland is a co-founder of Oculus Advisors and has worked closely with Mark Lewis at HSBC and subsequently

Gavin was a Director at HSBC Investment Bank (in their Global Transport & Logistics team) and previously he worked for Samuel Montagu (in corporate finance and as an investment manager at Montagu Investment Management)

Gavin has over 40 years of experience and has advised on successful deals with a total value of some US$20 billion

Michael Earby
Michael Earby joined Oculus Advisors in 2015

Michael has had prior roles as an Investment Manager at Pencarrow Private Equity, a leading New Zealand private equity fund manager and as a Senior Analyst with KPMG Corporate Finance

Michael has extensive experience in private equity, investment management, M&A and divestments and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants
