Wishford Schools is a leading privately-owned UK group of eight owned and operated, independent schools across Southern England. Oculus Advisors, together with co-investors, provided start-up capital and have substantially funded the acquisition-led growth of the business. Today, we serve on the board of the company and are actively involved in its ongoing development.

Whitecliffe College was formed in 2018 by the merger of three tertiary education colleges. It is an independent art, design, fashion and technology school, with campuses in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, shaping exceptional innovative and creative citizens.

Established in 1995 by a founding team of professional pilots, CTC Aviation Group operated globally from training locations in the United Kingdom and New Zealand. A global leader in the independent airline pilot training sector, it provided fully integrated training for all stages of pilot development.
Oculus Advisors acted as sole financial advisor in Inflexion Private Equity in relation to its investment in CTC, which was subsequently realised by way of trade sale to NYSE-listed L-3 Communications for a 3x return on investment.

Quad Partners is a New York based private equity firm with a sector focus on education related businesses. Oculus Advisors worked with Quad Partners on a pre-acquisition review of a pilot training business based in Florida.
In flight training, our transaction work has also included advising private equity firms on acquiring and divesting businesses such as Oxford Aviation Training, GE Commercial Aviation Training, SAS Flight Academy and Rishworth Aviation.
